A wholly-owned subsidiary, Dongying Kede Chemical Co., Ltd. was established in 2012. It is located in Hekou Blue Economic Development Zone, Dongying City, Shandong Province, covering an area of ​​more than 1,000 acres.

 

The company has two sets of carbon four reforming equipment, which is the largest isooctane production base in China; and the isooctane produced fully meets the standards for the production of aviation gasoline, and has a unique raw material advantage in the development of the aviation industry.

 

The company takes “carbon four comprehensive utilization” as the main line, adheres to the development idea of ​​“stretching the carbon four comprehensive utilization project upstream and downstream supporting industry chain”, and built a set of maleic anhydride unit with an annual output of 60,000 tons in July 2014. The device adopts the "n-butane oxidation method" with advanced technology, obvious environmental advantages, and significant cost reduction to produce maleic anhydride, which significantly increases the added value of the company's products.

 

At the same time, the company attaches great importance to investment in safety and environmental protection facilities. As early as 2013, the company invested 55.68 million yuan to build one of the largest waste sulfuric acid recovery units in China (40,000 tons / year). This project can not only find a way to treat waste sulfuric acid, but also solve the problem of local waste sulfuric acid pollution. The finished sulfuric acid produced can also be used as a catalyst for the completed carbon four comprehensive utilization project, which realizes the recycling of sulfur resources and its environmental protection effect. And social effects are far greater than economic effects.

 

The company's products mainly include isooctane, mixed light hydrocarbons, n-butane, isobutane, propane and maleic anhydride. They are widely used in energy, chemical raw materials and fuel blending agents, etc., and have broad market prospects.
