2017.09.15 Dongying Hestay Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was established on September 15th,2017.It is engaged in the business of sugar-free sweeteners and high-end food additives,with Acesulfame-K as the main business.

2015.03.20 The Aircraft Airworthiness Certification Division of Civil Aviation Administration of China issued to Dongying Huaya Guolian Aviation Gasoline Co., Ltd. the project approval for Technical Standards for Guolian No. 1 (GL-1) 100LL Aviation Gasoline in Dongying City of Shandong Province, and also the qualification of 100LL aviation gasoline producer and supplier. This symbolizes that Huaya Guolian is the first private enterprise entering the field of civil aviation fuel in China and issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China the qualification of civil aviation fuel producer and supplier.

2015.02.20 The (GL-1) 100LL aviation gasoline of the holding subsidiary - Dongying Huaya Guolian Aviation Fuel Co., Ltd. passed the evaluation by the Accreditation Committee of Civil Aviation Administration of China and the testing by the Testing Center of Civil Aviation Administration of China, and also passed the testing and certification by American DIXIE SERVICES INCORPORATED and the certification by American Lycoming Company. The product filled a gap in the domestic aviation fuel.

2014.11.27 The headquarter of Huaya Holding Co., Ltd. was moved to the place where Dongying Municipal Government lies (in International Trade Building, Qianfu Street, Dongying City).

2014.07.18 The maleic anhydride production plant through n-butane oxidation of Dongying Kede Chemical Co., Ltd., with 60,000 tons/year capacity, was successfully put into operation.

2014.05.28 The holding subsidiary - Dongying Huaya Catalyst Co., Ltd. was established, which symbolizes that the company starts to have maleic anhydride catalyst projects with independent intellectual property rights. And the company will completely break the monopoly of Süd-Chemie AG and Italy POLYNT in the field, and become the first maleic anhydride catalyst manufacturer with independent intellectual property rights in China.

2014.05.23 The holding subsidiary - Dongying Huaya Guolian Aviation Fuel Co., Ltd. was established, which symbolizes that the aviation gasoline project of the company is officially launched.

2014.03.28 The Phase I 5000 tons/year polyacrylamide project of the holding subsidiary - Dongying Guanjia Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. went into operation.

2014.01.20 The trial run of the Phase I project - 200,000 tons/year butane modification plant of the holding subsidiary - Dongfang Desen Energy Co., Ltd. was successful; at the same time, the Phase II project - 50,000 tons/year maleic anhydride production through n-butane oxidation was started.

2013.12.18 The holding subsidiary - Dongying Guanjia Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. was established (in Dawang Economic Development Zone, Guangrao County, Dongying City), and the Phase I project - 5000 tons/year polyacrylamide was officially started.

2013.12.05 In order to further regulate the operation management mode of the group company, Huaya Holding Co., Ltd. was registered and established for holding management of 5 subsidiary including Dongying Kede Chemical Co., Ltd., Dongfang Desen Energy Co., Ltd., Shandong Yibao Petrochemical Co., Ltd. and so on.

2013.11.18 The new office building, staff apartment and staff restaurant of Dongying Kede Chemical Co., Ltd. were officially put into use.

2013.10.20 The trial run of the 40,000 tons/year waste sulfuric acid recovery plant of Dongying Kede Chemical Co., Ltd. was successful, and the plant became the largest industrial waste acid recovery plant in China.

2013.06.20 The Phase II project - 600,000 tons/year butane modification plant of Dongying Kede Chemical Co., Ltd. was put into operation; at the same time, the project of 60,000 tons/year maleic anhydride production through n-butane oxidation was launched.

2012.12.20 Dongying Kede Chemical Co., Ltd. was awarded the title of "outstanding foreign-invested enterprise" by Hekou District.

2012.12.08 The Phase I project - 400,000 tons/year butane modification plant of Dongying Kede Chemical Co., Ltd. was put into operation.

2012.09.20 Dongfang Desen Energy Co., Ltd. (located in Dongfang Industrial Park in Hainan Province) owned by Keda Chemical Company planned to build a integrated butane utilization project.

2012.05.29 Dongying Ge’ende Trading Co., Ltd. was established (in Dongying District, Dongying City, Shandong Province); in July of the same year, the company was renamed as Shandong Yibao Petrochemical Co., Ltd.

2012.02.15 Dongying Kede Chemical Co., Ltd. was established (in Blue Economic Development Zone, Hekou District, Dongying City, Shandong Province), which symbolizes that the 1 million tons/year integrated butane utilization project and supporting project planned by the company was officially launched.
