On the morning of December 24, a team of 28 members of Yabang Technology's 6S lean management implementation committee and the company's middle and senior management team led by General Manager Wang Chungang to visit the brother company Kede Chemical Learn.
In the lobby of the office building, Feng Yang, a staff member of Kede Chemical, introduced the achievements of Kede-Guolian since 2019 and the implementation of 6S lean management through PPT, so that everyone has a deeper understanding and understanding of the brother companies.
Led by the general manager Wang Chungang, he visited the working area of the logistics management department. The items were placed in a neat and orderly manner. Then he walked into the workshop site. All the workstations and equipment were zoned, the signs were clear, and the containers were arranged neatly. They are placed together in different categories, and the ground is clean and fresh. Each device has a responsible person and maintenance inspection records. All the water cups and inspection records are set in a unified area. The operating area is managed by Kanban, and the 6S is carried out. Continuous innovations, on-site improvement competitions, and flag awards to outstanding departments have made everyone's eyes bright.
Through this study tour, I felt very benefited after watching and listening. We have to bring back the good practices and experience of the brother companies, apply what they have learned, organize management cadres to study well, and help the company in combination with the actual and flexible use of the company. The 6S management on the spot has been greatly improved, and the core values of Huaya Holdings have been better practiced. When Yabang is in action, the thinking must be changed first. Only in this way can the company continue to professionalize its work and achieve self-transcendence.
