On January 2, 2020, Gao Qiong, a member of the party group and deputy director of the Dongying Science and Technology Bureau, led the resources allocation section of the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau and related departments of the Municipal Science and Technology Innovation Service Center to conduct research activities at the Huaya Guolian.
